What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash and card are accepted currently! Please be advised that there is a transaction fee for card payments (calculated at time of checkout and when online booking). Cash payments are free of transaction fee. Cash app transfers for service payment are not accepted.

Are braiding hair and shampoos included in braid services?

Yes and yes! Shampoos are included with every service! Braiding hair (colors 1-4) is provided with all braid services! Please indicate color and length (if longer than 22”) when booking. Wefted hair (bundles/track hair extensions) is currently not offered for extensions services (sew-in & closure installs, etc.).

What if my desired braiding hair color isn’t listed?

Don’t fret! Give advanced notice before your appointment date to inquire about accommodations.

What brand of hair should I purchase for extensions (ie. sew-in, etc.) services?

You are free to choose any brand of your choice, so long as it is 100% Human Hair (encouraged and recommended). Hair for services of this type is not included currently.

Do you service all hair textures?

Yes!

Can I receive a braid service on relaxed hair?

This is not recommended! Protecting the integrity of your natural hair is always the mane priority!

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

Yes, excluding braiding services. Appointments are encouraged for a majority of services for scheduling purposes!

What length must my hair be for starter locs or braids?

4 inches all around for best results!

Do you interlock locs?

I do not. Favorably, comb retwists only!

What if a service I desire isn’t listed?

In this case, the service may not be offered. Contact 716.320.1599 via text and briefly disclose your inquiry!
