Policy and Booking Info

  • Deposits are required for all appointments, including pre-booking. Deposits are non-refundable and include transaction fee when online booking. Deposit amount varies depending on the service(s) you are looking to receive. A transaction fee is charged for card payments. Cash app transfers are not accepted for service payment balance. Cash payments are free of transaction fee.

  • ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE LIMITED TO: Cash or Zelle.

  • Deposits can be made in person during hours of business to avoid transaction fee(s).

  • Deposits are ONLY processed when an appointment is accepted. If deposit cannot be processed, your appointment request will not be accepted.

  • Out of respect to clients, salon services for clients arriving 10 minutes late will be honored at the stylists discretion. The right is reserved to modify services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

  • 24 hour cancel/reschedule policy. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled directly from your confirmation text or email, and is penalty free within that time window. Same day cancellation (less than 24 hours) - will require a 50% cancellation fee. No show - no future appointment(s), service fee (remaining balance) charged.

  • All service deposits are non-refundable and will only be applied to the original booking. Deposits will not carry over for unattended, no show, late, rebooked or missed appointments. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service(s), please notify as soon as possible. Services rendered are also non-refundable.

  • In the event that a refund is to be issued (due to unforeseen circumstances on behalf of stylist), the amount will be returned minus the system’s transaction fee(s).

  • If an appointment is cancelled day of (less than 24 hr. notice) or if you are a no-show and no card is on file, 50% of remaining service fee for said appointment must be paid before any future booking.

  • Business day start time is either at 7a (for Saturdays) or 9a-10a (Wed-Fri). If your request is for the first appointment of the day, it must be on the hour to allow room for other guests to book. (7:30a and 9:30a and 10:30a starting times will not be accepted.)

  • Saturday braid appointments will be accepted on a case by case basis according to duration of service.

  • The right is reserved to modify services, products, prices, policies and procedures.
